Review Process

1. Initial Editorial Screening

All submitted manuscripts are first evaluated by the Editorial Office to ensure that they meet the basic requirements of the journal. During this stage, the manuscript is checked for:

Relevance to the journal’s scope

Compliance with author guidelines

Ethical standards and declarations

Plagiarism screening

Overall scientific quality

Manuscripts that do not meet the journal’s standards may be rejected without external review.

2. Double-Blind Peer Review

The journal follows a double-blind peer review process, in which the identities of both the authors and reviewers remain confidential.

Each manuscript that passes the initial screening is sent to two or more independent expert reviewers in the relevant field.

Reviewers evaluate the manuscript based on:

Scientific originality and significance

Methodological soundness

Clarity of presentation

Quality of data analysis

Relevance to the field

3. Reviewer Recommendations

Based on the reviewers’ comments, the editorial decision may be one of the following:

Accept without revision

Minor revision required

Major revision required

Reject

Authors will receive the reviewers’ comments and may be requested to revise their manuscript accordingly.

4. Revision Process

If revisions are requested, authors should:

Address all reviewer comments carefully

Provide a point-by-point response explaining the changes made

Submit the revised manuscript within the specified time frame

The revised manuscript may be returned to reviewers for further evaluation if necessary.

5. Final Editorial Decision

The final decision regarding acceptance or rejection of the manuscript is made by the Editor-in-Chief based on the reviewers’ recommendations and the scientific merit of the manuscript.

6. Publication Timeline

The journal aims to maintain an efficient review process.

Typical timeline:

Initial editorial screening: 3–5 days

Peer review process: 2–4 weeks
