Reviewers must treat all manuscripts as confidential documents and must not use unpublished information for personal advantage.
Editors must evaluate manuscripts solely on the basis of academic merit, originality, and relevance to the journal’s scope.

In such cases, the manuscript will be reassigned to another qualified editor.
The journal requires full transparency regarding conflicts of interest to ensure fair and unbiased editorial decisions. Failure to disclose relevant conflicts of interest may result in manuscript rejection, publication correction, or retraction if discovered after publication.
